🎉 Coillte Come Home Festival 2025: A Summer Celebration Like No Other 🌞

The countdown is on for one of the most anticipated events of the year – Coillte Come Home Festival 2025, returning to Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo from 9th–14th July for a jam-packed six days of music, community, and pure summer magic.

Whether you’re a proud local, a nostalgic homecomer, or a first-time visitor ready to soak up the West of Ireland’s finest, this festival promises something unforgettable for everyone.

✨ What’s in Store?

From live music under the stars to belly laughs at our comedy night, and from fireworks lighting up the skies to the thrill of adventure races and family fun days, this year’s festival lineup is bigger and better than ever.

Highlights include:

  • 🎤 Coillte Come Laugh Comedy Night (Wed 9th July) – Featuring Karl Spain, John Colleary, Fred Cooke & Julie Jay. A night of top-class Irish comedy at Cill Aodain Hotel – tickets just €10, subsidised by Kiltimagh Tourism.

  • 🎇 Official Opening & Fireworks (Wed 9th July, 10:30PM) – With Padraic ‘Tulip’ Walsh, the King of the Coilltes, lighting up the Festival Field.

  • 🎡 Murray’s Carnival (Wed–Mon) – Classic rides, games and sweet treats for the whole family.

  • 🧠 Interpub Quiz (Thurs 10th July) – Test your trivia across Kiltimagh’s pubs for prizes and craic.

  • 🏃‍♂️ Race2Glory Adventure Race (Sat 12th July) – Sprint or Full course options through Mayo’s most scenic trails.

  • World Cup Children’s Soccer Blitz (Sun 13th July) – Hosted by Kiltimagh-Knock United for future stars of the pitch.

  • 🎶 Live on Main Street – With headline sets from Ruaile Buaile, The Highstool Prophets, and the winner of our Busking Competition.
