Welcome to the online home of the community of Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo, in the West of Ireland. A small, colourful town with a population of just over 1000, Kiltimagh has a rich history in a scenic countryside location. Known for a number of distinctive statues throughout town, as well as the Sculpture Park, Railway Museum and Glore Mill Arts Centre, Kiltimagh has an active arts scene, which also includes music and drama in the Town Hall Theatre. Kiltimagh was home to the famous Irish poet Anthony Raftery, and a memorial can be found in the Market Square to commemorate the blind poet.

The East Mayo area is rich in natural scenery and farmland. The town is encircled by a number of rivers - the Yellow river, Glore and Gweestion. It is guarded on the west by Sliabh Cairn which reaches a maximum height of 262 metres.

Only a 10 minute drive from the famous Knock Shrine, Kiltimagh is also about 20 minutes away from Ireland West Airport Knock, making it a convenient location for visitors to the West of Ireland.
